Terms & Conditions — Your Agreement with 888y

By accessing, browsing, or using the 888y platform available at 888y.bar — whether via a mobile browser, desktop browser, or any application provided by 888y — you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in their entirety and that you unconditionally agree to be bound by them. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player") and 888y (the "Platform").

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the 888y platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different personal details, devices, IP addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering your 888y account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete personal information as requested during the registration process.

888y reserves the right to close, suspend, or restrict any account at its sole discretion where it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, identity misrepresentation, or breach of these Terms. In such cases, 888y may freeze account balances pending investigation and is not obligated to release funds until the investigation is concluded.

All deposits and withdrawals on the 888y platform are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 888y does not charge fees on deposits or standard withdrawals; however, your payment provider (JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, or Meezan Bank) may apply their own transaction charges, for which 888y accepts no responsibility.

Deposits:

• Minimum deposit amount: Rs 500.
• Deposits are credited to your PKR wallet balance in real time or within a short processing window depending on the payment method used.
• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• 888y reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for large or unusual deposit activity.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever technically possible.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 to 30 minutes for JazzCash and EasyPaisa and within 1 to 3 business days for bank transfers (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank).
• A minimum of one completed deposit is required before a withdrawal request will be processed.
• Any active bonus funds that have not yet satisfied their wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal and will be forfeited upon withdrawal request.
• 888y reserves the right to apply additional identity verification steps before processing withdrawal requests above certain thresholds.

888y offers bonuses and promotional rewards to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonus offers are subject to specific terms published alongside each individual promotion. The following general bonus rules apply across all 888y promotions unless the specific promotion terms expressly state otherwise:

• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be satisfied before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings can be processed.
• Wagering requirements apply to the bonus amount or bonus plus deposit amount as specified in the individual promotion terms.

Where prohibited conduct is detected or reasonably suspected, 888y reserves the right to suspend or permanently close the relevant account, void all associated bets and winnings, and withhold or forfeit account balances.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 888y shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the 888y platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings.
• Loss of data or corruption of data.
• Loss of business opportunity or goodwill.
• Any damages resulting from interruption, suspension, or discontinuation of the 888y platform or any part thereof.

888y does not warrant that the platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from technical interruptions. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, network disruptions, and force majeure events may cause temporary unavailability of the platform or specific game products.

In no event shall 888y's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform exceed the net amount deposited by you during the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

888y reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 888y will notify registered players by displaying a prominent notice on the platform and, where technically feasible, by sending a notification to the registered email address associated with the affected accounts.

The revised Terms will become effective on the date specified in the amendment notice, which will be no less than seven (7) days after the notification is first published on 888y.bar unless a shorter period is required by applicable law or regulatory obligation.

If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must stop using the 888y platform before the effective date and may request the withdrawal of your available balance. Continued use of 888y after the effective date constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 888y holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved informally shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or arbitration bodies in that jurisdiction.
